Twitch-Chants wót RANKKY

This extensions brings chanting back to twitch.

How it works:
A mod or broadcaster can type "!chant" followed by the message you want to chant.
Every user with this extension installed will see a little popup above the chatbox, just as you might already know.
Click the "Chant" button to take part in the chant

• Fixes the chant popup to disappear after 25 seconds if not clicked
• Adds a cooldown to chants that lasts as long as the chant is active
