A simple FireFox extension to change the default behavior of the new For you/Following navigation tab. Will change defaults to show the "Following" Feed and optionally hide the navbar altogether.

Defaults to showing the Following feed. Additional elements and promoted tweets can be hidden with further options. *Hiding promoted tweets still in progress.
Default Settings (can be changed by clicking the toolbar button):
