EULA
This Universal Custom Player Extension End-User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, and Vladymyr Myrhorodskyi, which is the developer and owner of the Universal Custom Player browser extension (“Universal Custom Player” or “Universal Custom Player browser extension”), and provides the terms and conditions by which you may use Universal Custom Player, including any associated media, scripts, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation. This EULA supersedes any other agreement or understanding with respect to its subject matter. If you don't like what you see here, do not install or use the Universal Custom Player browser extension. By downloading it, however, you agree to use the Universal Custom Player browser extension consistent with the terms of this EULA. Universal Custom Player is protected by copyright.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The extension's developer grants to you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, and non-commercial license to: download Universal Custom Player to a computer via a web browser; use Universal Custom Player as herein set forth in the following section; copy and store Universal Custom Player in your web browser cache memory; and print pages from Universal Custom Player for your own personal and non-commercial use. The extension's developer does not grant you any other rights whatsoever in relation to Universal Custom Player.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
2.1. Unless you have the express written permission from the extension's developer, you may not distribute Universal Custom Player or any portion thereof to any third parties.
2.2. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer Universal Custom Player for any purpose, other than for reviewing the code for personal review, and at all times are bound by the terms of this EULA.
2.3. We don't charge for Universal Custom Player, and neither can you. You may not rent, lease, or lend Universal Custom Player and may only use it for you own personal, non-commercial use.
2.4. The extension's developer may provide you with support services, and any supplemental software code provided to you as part of those services shall be considered part of Universal Custom Player and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2.5. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of Universal Custom Player.

3. ALLOWABLE USES OF UNIVERSAL CUSTOM PLAYER
You may only use Universal Custom Player for your own personal, non-commercial use.

4. NON-ALLOWABLE USES OF UNIVERSAL CUSTOM PLAYER
You are strictly prohibited from, and agree that you will not, adapt, edit, change, modify, transform, publish, republish, distribute, or redistribute Universal Custom Player or any elements, portions, or parts thereof, including without limitation, to any elements, portions, or parts of Universal Custom Player software (in any form or media) without the extension's developer’s prior written consent. You agree not to use any automated data collection methods, data mining, robots, scraping or any data gathering methods of any kind on Universal Custom Player. You will not use Universal Custom Player for any commercial use whatsoever.

5. ENFORCEMENT OF COPYRIGHT AND PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
If the extension's developer discovers that you have used it copyrighted property in contravention of the terms of the license above, the extension's developer may bring proceedings against you. If you become aware of any use of the extension's developer’s copyrighted property that contravenes or may contravene the terms of the license above, immediately report this by sending message to e-mail contact@mirgosoft.com.

6. TERMINATION
Your right to use Universal Custom Player continues until terminated by the extension's developer, which may terminate this Agreement and your license to use Universal Custom Player at any time, without cause and without notice. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling Universal Custom Player. This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you agree to stop using and to uninstall Universal Custom Player.

7. NO WARRANTIES
Universal Custom Player is provided “As Is” and does not come with any kind of warranty whatsoever. The extension's developer does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within Universal Custom Player. Universal Custom Player makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of any kind of computer virus.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the extension's developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data) rising out of use of or inability to use Universal Custom Player. In no event will the extension's developer be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), punitive, exemplary, or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. The extension's developer shall have no liability with respect to the content or operation of Universal Custom Player.
