Valve Developer Community Wiki Search wót CerebralDatabank

This extension adds a search provider for the Valve Developer Community wiki (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Main_Page). It also registers the keyword "vdc", so you can type something like "vdc prop_physics" in the omnibox and press Enter to search the VDC wiki for "prop_physics" (in that case, the VDC wiki will directly load the page for prop_physics).
