wót trevorgrease, 2 éveWould be a great addon if it werent for the fact it loves to change volumes randomly. On youtube, sometimes it will just decide to blow out my eardrums OR go insanely quiet to where i can barely hear it, and nothing prompts this happening. The slider showing how much its boosting/lowering the volume doesnt change at all either, but it definitely gets way louder/quieter than i can even make it go. Hope this gets fixed soon because I like this addon

jo se napisał egy éveThe volume should not be able to move on its own, but when the popup.htm is opened, the slider is highlighted. So if you're in windows for example and have a controller plugged in, it interacts with the slider so controller drift can be an issue in that case. But otherwise I asusme your issue is not the extension itself but the videos you're watchin/diferent scenes being diferent volume. In which case you'd want a normalizer. But I don't think there's a way to do it in chromium rather you should use third party application for example I have a python one in progress which is published in my github for windows....

- I was using a volume manager extension on chrome that one could increase and lower volume in some increments via customizable extension shortcuts. Mine were alt+up/down arrow keys
It'd be nice if we could do the same here. We can already bring up the volume window by an extension shortcut. Why not add a few for up and down adjustments? Wótegrono wuwijarja

Your issue of audio crackling is usually a non-grounded auxiliary or, a high memory latency / memory bug.
When I was on z97 and had my memory set to 2133mhz [a very high xmp value for ddr3] the audio constantly crackled when running certain applications. This can also be experienced when running with a lack of buffer while using an ASIO driver.
