Workspaces is a Firefox extension for managing tabs by context. Create multiple workspaces, keep each set of tabs separate, and switch in one click without losing your place.

Workspace organization
Create, rename, delete, and reorder workspaces in the sidebar. Pick emoji or custom icons, use drag‑and‑drop ordering, and manage everything inline.

Move tabs and stay focused
Move a single tab or multiple highlighted tabs to any workspace via the tab context menu. Use “All Tabs” mode when you want to reveal everything across workspaces.

Bulk actions and utilities
Move all tabs from one workspace to another, close only the tabs of a workspace, or copy all workspace URLs to the clipboard.

History and undo
Every create, rename, move, and delete action is logged. Undo or redo from the history panel when you need to roll back.

Backup and restore
Export all workspaces and tabs to JSON, then import with merge or replace options, or restore only workspaces without tabs.

Keyboard shortcuts and theme
Toggle the sidebar and switch to workspaces 1–9 with shortcuts. ** Light and ** dark themes are supported.

Technical details
- Built on Manifest V3
- Uses tab hide/show for workspace isolation
- Stores data locally with no collection, tracking, or analytics

Localization
The extension is fully translated into 19 languages, including:
English, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Belarusian, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, Korean, Polish, Dutch, Turkish, Ukrainian, Indonesian, Arabic, and Vietnamese.
