However, two things that could be improved crossed my mind:
1. The 'hide playlist' option. When hiding playlists is on and you filter for playlists, the extension enters an infinite loop. Would it be possible to make an if statement to check the applied filters?
2. Search in playlists function. Say I have a playlist open and want to search for a specific video within the playlist, would that be possible to make? Ctrl+F is limited to what is currently loaded on the page...

BTW, hiding the shorts panel is working for me (tested it right now) on Firefox Windows

This extension is supposed to help with that, but unfortunately I cannot tell whether it does anything at all, as the shorts are still there. I did check it at the filter settings of the extension and also clicked F5 to reset youtube. I would like to know how to get it to work.
