Not as good as it could be. It shows more thumbnails on YouTube, but the ones at the start and end of each line are partially cut off.

This is a great extension but it does still have some issues.
My main problem is that while on the subscriptions tab the videos will overlap with the YT sidebar on the left (both when extended and hidden), but since the homepage doesn't have this issue I am guessing that this is just an oversight where the margins were not set correctly.

Works perfectly with my other YouTube add-ons with no conflicts, thanks you VivuS, my homepage doesn't look like a 90 year old is trying to view it now.

Why does need access to browser tabs other than youtube?

Epic Extensions, found it via reddit. After using this extension I found out it fixed a problem which I did not even knew existed. Works exactly as explained to the point nothing extra. Definitely recommended.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Only issues I've seen are with the Top News section (it's still at the largest 3-per-line) and the Subscriptions tab, but I'm sure these will get fixed soon enough
