Youtube_AdKiller wót Empex

This is a small Javascript add-on which manipulates a detected youtube ad, muting it and speeding it up. Additionally there are some currently *in progress* parts, such as me attempting to create a loop around youtubes popups when using other more general purpose adblockers such as Ublock Origin, or something similar.
