Can't download video and audio hd resolution. ffmpeg installed, but can only download video on hd without sound; no more high resolution audio (160 kbps opus is the max. it offers). What's the matter?

Works pretty well. Used to also detect higher MP4 resolutions, but no longer. Sometimes 1440 is detected. But, 2160, and 1920 are no longer detected. They do show up as WEBM.

Works partially : only the video-only and audio-only files are correctly downloaded ; there is an issue with "normal" files : only the audio track is downloaded.

I try new version and I didn´t find how to configure for downloading only audio.
Now I am using little bit more uncomfortable

I would rate this four stars if it did not mangle the filenames. It replaces characters like a comma or parentheses with a hyphen (it's becomes it-s).

Es bueno... Pero puede mejorar.
Sería interesante que también pudiera descargar vídeos de otros sitios en especial los de streaming.

Good app

Its annoying not being able to set a save file location in the settings and it always only downloads video unless i go back and click download audio only when i wanted both to be downloaded by clicking mp3/mp4 download

This is a great program, but currently either have a few bugs or needs better documentation.
I have 2 issues.
1) I cannot seem to find the progress of the downloads anywhere.
2) When downloading any 3D SBS or Top Bottom video, the top and bottom do not capure correctly. The top half is perfect, but the bottom half is turned at 90degrees. When trying to view the end product on .. say a VR headset is a total disaster.

The previous version did not have this problem.

Will be great if someone can please look into this matter.

It still downloads videos fine but the option to download M4A downloads AAC files that won't play in anything, I keep getting "invalid file" messages. Also the false negatives issue others are reporting is present for me too.

The legacy FireFox/54 style one just worked and that was so awesome! This one has some realy good things and a few weird bits of tinkering now.
I came to the addon review page to find out why Mp3 and Opus were missing options. Has a ton of potential, more fidgety and qurky now.

Question for the author. Is their a reason FFMG is now seperate? I simply don't know why it's a seperate thing now.

the old one was better, it was an easy 6/5 stars... I'm not having nearly the issues i'm reading in reviews here thankfully.

for me my biggest gripe is the lack of AAC audio usage when downloading MP4's which makes them unusable outside of my computer. disabling the feature to use OPUS when mixing webM makes no difference in the MP4's still using the codec. with the old version i could download the MP4 and get an MP4 file instead of a MKV that nothing outside of computers play...
