As you correctly noticed, you can access the extension with the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F10 by default. This hotkey can already be modified in the Firefox add-on settings. See https://support.mozilla.org/kb/manage-extension-shortcuts-firefox for more information.

Going into the settings and reducing the "error correction level" does help with this.
