**nitpick (non-blocking):** works good with the classic PR file view, but it does not work with GitHub's new PR review experience that recently came out.

This addon is exactly what I need but it doesn't work well. It only shows up around 50% of the time I'm adding a new comment on a PR.

Thanks a lot for your review. It would help me a lot to understand the context better to be able to reproduce the issue:
Is the extension used on GitLab or GitHub?
Is it a seld-hosted version or the official one?
Any particular setting? (e.g. side-by-side review)
