- Rated 1 out of 5by mc010323626, 3 years agoTheir Windows and Android apps are fine but this Firefox extension is actual hot garbage. It loses connectivity so constantly regardless of what node I choose or how busy it supposedly is that I eventually just give up, disable it, and then the internet works fine again. They're going to reply to this asking me to contact their 24/7 support via Live Chat but surprise, I tried earlier and could not actually load it with this extension on. If anyone is considering a subscription and are comfortable with the apps, then fine but it's better to pretend the browser extension option doesn't exist.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17186143, 4 years agoCan't login most of the time. And if you manage to login, it kicks you out in the middle of the session (which is unacceptable for a VPN)

posted 4 years agoHey! We're very sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues. 😥 Currently we are experiencing issues with Proxy services. However, our VPN servers are working just fine so for now, we suggest using the VPN app instead of the Extension! Our Customer Support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat and at support@surfshark.com so please don't hesitate to reach out. They'll be happy to help answer any questions you may have! - Rated 1 out of 5by skeletondude, 4 years agoi cant create an account and the website wont open to create my new account

posted 4 years agoHello! Our secure VPN service indeed requires you to purchase a subscription. In order to provide a secure and reliable VPN service, we have to invest a lot of resources into the VPN infrastructure, therefore, a free VPN solution is not available, at least at the moment. That said, all of our plans offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied! - Rated 1 out of 5by IvarEngineDriver, 4 years ago

It may work in countries without internet censorship. I may have just wasted my money.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Sherwood Fox, 4 years agoYou have to REGISTER before you can even use it for testing but, it still leaks your real DNS details even if you do register! Not worth the hassle!
It's well liked and has some very good reviews but THIS IS NOT A FREE VPN!
Pricing is at (but may have changed since this was added)...
...24 Months = £1.83 per month...
... 6 Months = £4.77 per month...
... 1 Month = £9.51 per month.
That is the information they should have led with!
That would have allowed YOU the decision whether or not it was worth your time!
But company's don't like to do that because they know a high amount of people will avoid the looking at the follow up pages etc. (its the psychology of the advertisement con - misleading - of the subject...YOU).
