- Rated 2 out of 5by Kirchner, 2 months agoGood password manager, but terrible and slow customer service. I had to remove the MFA on my account due to a new phone and I did not have access to my recovery codes anymore. After jumping through several hoops, each taking a day for them to respond, I was suddenly asked to resubmit everything I had already submitted. I will rather reset all my passwords than deal with Nord in the future. Will definitely not consider any of their products again.
