- Rated 3 out of 5by MOMIZI, a month ago突然VPNが切断されて"認証エラー"または"サブスクリプション切れ"と表示される事がある。大抵は再接続で治るものの、稀に拡張機能を無効から有効にしなければならなかったり(Brave Browser)、果ては再ログインをしないと解消しないことがある(今日のFirefox)。過去にNordを使っていた時はアドオンの再インストールまでしなければならなかったことに比べればマシではあるが、もう少し安定性を高めてほしい。
Sometimes the VPN suddenly disconnects, displaying "authentication error" or "subscription expired." Usually, it can be fixed by reconnecting, but occasionally I have to enable the extension (in Brave Browser) or, in some cases, I need to log in again to resolve the issue (like today with Firefox). In the past, when I used Nord, I even had to reinstall the add-on, so this is an improvement, but I would like to see a bit more stability.Developer response

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18982504, 2 months agoHave no issues on Chrome and Firefox so far. However, I wanted to use (and pay for) Dedicated IP on Surfshark. But I was told that it was not available on the extension and there was no date when it will be. Seems a hotch-potch of things, no co-ordination.

Currently, the Dedicated IP feature isn't available on our browser extensions, but we understand the importance of having it there and will be looking into adding it in the future. For now, you can use the Surfshark app to access this feature. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18033214, 2 years agoThe extension works great, however I had issues with the desktop app using the latest Ubuntu OS. I logged out one time and never was able to login again. I could use the static set up up configuration wireguard settings in the OS but the app itself never worked again.
