- Rated 4 out of 5by AshiAshi, 4 months agoVery convenient extension. Makes navigating within the browser a lot easier, and you can access a growing variety of actions with one tap, you don't have to open Firefox's menu and search for it.
I have a question, though. Firefox keeps notifying me there's a new version available for this extension. I have confirmed I do indeed not have the latest version atm (I have 1.8.5). However, it doesn't give me the possibility to update it anywhere at all. Not in the extension menu, not where it displays some information about this extension, even in the browser's settings there's nothing helpful. I tried Github, where I can see that some files have been updated recently, but couldn't find a way to update the extension. Maybe that's on me, I'm not too familiar with Github and how it works, but I know how to download things. Did I overlook it? Or is there a way to update that I'm not aware of? Should I remove the extension and download it again? (I haven't tried this because I'd rather not lose my current settings.) I hope you can help me.Developer response
posted 4 months agoHi! Thanks for your positive review!
Regarding your question, Firefox is notifying you because the new version requires a new permission (writing text to the clipboard). This is needed for the new 'copy link' button.
You can select "Allow" in the notification, and Firefox will update the add-on. Alternatively, you can remove and reinstall the add-on—your settings won’t be lost as long as you don’t reset the browser storage.
Have a great day! - Rated 4 out of 5by Werni, 8 months agoWould really like to try, as it looks very fine and gives what Mozilla forgot. But it does not show anything on the screen.
edit: suddenly it work, dont know for what reason, maybe new version, new ff, or my fault...
change 2 stars to 4. Maybe, if an empty tab is active, there is no toolbar. In this case, I open a Website bookmark, and the toolbar appearsDeveloper response
posted 5 months agoHi! Thanks for your feedback. You are correct; the toolbar won’t be available on certain sites, such as about pages, the add-ons store, and other pages restricted to add-ons for security reasons. - Rated 4 out of 5by smackypants, 10 months agoGreat extension! Lots of potential only nitpick is that it needs better permission configuration so it will stay working on all websites instead of most of them. Other than that it's super helpful and has lots of potential for improvement. Would love to help test beta versions!

posted 9 months agoThank you for your kind words and feedback! I'm glad you find the extension helpful.
I appreciate your point about the permission configuration and will look into improving it for better functionality across all websites.
I don't have beta versions; all changes are directly sent to the stable version.
If you have any issues, suggestions, or would like to contribute, please feel free to visit my GitHub repository. I haven't had much time in the last few months to work on the add-on, but I'm willing to make an update when possible. Thank you for your support and offer to help with testing! - Rated 4 out of 5by Gary_Crumm, a year agoSeems quite interesting, it would be nice if a button to open the menu for all of your enabled add-ons was added. Just for quicked access to all of your enabled add-ons that may just need to be activated manually.

Your suggestion to add a button for quick access to all enabled add-ons has been echoed by other users as well. Unfortunately, I've been very busy with work and family commitments, but I do plan to make updates in the future to improve the tool and address some of these issues.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. - Rated 4 out of 5by Skyfire023, a year ago

That feature has been requested in the GitHub repo. However, I don't have an estimated date for it since I have been very busy in the past few weeks. - Rated 4 out of 5by Tony Z., a year agoLittle bit buggy here and there, but all in all a very handy addon that im very happy I decided to check out.

If the translator is accurate, are you requesting a light theme for the toolbar? Theme customization will be available in the future. - Rated 4 out of 5by Miibno, a year agoall good but not work in private mode. they are forced disable in private mode. i think it's bug.
Developer response
posted a year agoHi! Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, tabs created in private mode were not private but normal tabs. I disabled the add-on from running in private mode to prevent any inconveniences, such as unwanted entries in the browsing history, for the users.
