- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefoss, 5 years agoIt does not work on the only website that I am interested into: archive.org.
Anyway I would never install it in my main browser, because it can see all my passwords and other things that I write.
See:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/permission-request-messages-firefox-extensions#w_access-your-data-for-all-websites
"The extension can read the content of any web page you visit as well as data you enter into those web pages, such as usernames and passwords."
Plus, its code is secret. - Rated 2 out of 5by ThomasR, 6 years ago

- Rated 2 out of 5by ffw62, 7 years agoUp front: there are many add-ons for downloading images/videos, but hardly any that can batch download documents, like .pdf. So this product is fairly unique on that.
Drawback: it is slow and when downloading multiple files, it asks for each whether or not it should be saved, i.e. there is no such thing as a 'silent background' download. - Rated 2 out of 5by Master Lenman, 7 years agoI tried this as a replacement for DownThemAll. It works only in theory, as there is one huge problem: the option to set one default folder for all downloads doesn't work. This means that the addon will open one "Save file as..." dialog for each file, and you have to navigate to the target folder for each file separately.
If the "Ask for one foder name for all files" is fixed, this will be a 5-star addon for me. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13507935, 7 years agoCould be a reasonable replacement for downthemall if a number of issues are corrected: (1) if you enter a subdirectory name it creates one or more subdirectories with the same name and contents below that. (2) it does not retain the filter between download actions. So for now only 2 stars as it is usable but not good enough yet.
