This despite a 823 credit rating and about $15000 a month I put on the card. It's a bad joke

posted 6 years agoHey there! When setting up Eno with Amazon, you would need to start at your Payment Options page in your Amazon account. From there, add a new payment method, then when prompted for your credit card number, Eno should pop up automatically asking if you'd like to create a virtual number for Amazon. Give that number a nickname and a new number should be generated. From there, just select that number when you check out and you should be all set! We hope this info helps! Developer response
posted 6 years agoHey there! If you're looking to add another Capital One credit card to use with Eno, you should be able to click on Eno's icon and then click on your profile pic to choose the default card. You'll need to make sure the card has already been added to your online profile before you're able to begin using it. If thats not working, give us a call at 866-750-0873 and we can assist further there. Thank you!Developer response

I am located in the US. I block 3rd party cookies. When I try to sign-in, it always says, "Something went wrong" and doesn't work.

posted 6 years agoWe know this is frustrating! You'll need to allow third party cookies or add an exception to use the extension in Firefox. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14335858, 6 years agoI wish there was some way to remove this horrible ad-on!! It's always popping up at the worst times and I can't get rid of it!!!!!

posted 6 years agoWe're sorry to hear you feel that way! If you're still looking at uninstalling Eno, try this:
1) Click on the icon with 3 lines (hamburger menu) in the top right corner of the browser
2) Click on Add-ons
3) Choose Extensions from the list on the left
4) Click on either Disable or Remove
From there, Eno should stop popping up. If you're still seeing an issue, please give us a call at 866-750-0873 and we can check into this for you there. We appreciate your feedback. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14323920, 7 years agoFirefox add-on doesn't work. Every time I try to use it, I get the error message "Something went wrong.
What, exactly? Well, that's what my team is busy figuring out. Please try again later." I've tried every day for the past week and no luck. Firefox is up to date, so I don't know what the problem is. Disappointing.
Developers: can you please help? The Eno page on the Capital One website has disappeared so I don't know how to reach out to you.Developer response

Keeps telling me to update my browser when it is up to date.
2. Why I need an add on and can't generate one on the main site is beyond me.Developer response
posted 7 years agoHi there -- Eno works best with Firefox version 57 and above, and is currently only supported in the U.S. If your version of Firefox is up-to-date and you're still running into issues, we'd love more details (ex: operating system) to investigate on our end. Thanks! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14302180, 7 years agoUpdate 8/20/2019 - The last several times I've tried to use Eno, I get the " 'Something went wrong' What, exactly? Well, that's what my team is busy figuring out. Please try again later." I'm removing the app until it starts working again! Took it from 5 stars down to 1.
Update 5/4/2019 - Apparently Eno is no longer supported by Firefox. "Eno from Capital One could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled."
This is a terrific add-on! Added to Firefox toolbar. Works seamlessly. Click on the Eno icon in the toolbar to create a virtual card, select a virtual card you've already used on a website, or manage your virtual cards. Secure way to shop without compromising your actual card number. BTW, this also works for Chrome equally well. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12990002, 7 years agoWARNING
This system only works in the USA, it does not work in the UK !
customer service in the UK has no information at all, wasted my time setting up a UK card to be able to use ENO and now find its not for UK. THEY SHOULD WARN PEOPLEDeveloper response
posted 7 years agoHi there -- Apologies for the confusion! Right now, the Eno add-on is only available to Capital One credit card customers in the U.S. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14277963, 7 years agoIt can't match my phone account with my Capitol One account which is crazy since I can do all my banking with Capitol One on that phone. It was a useful add-on until it got stupid regarding the phone number. I set up 3 cards and I can check on them, still use them, but I can't create new ones because Eno is brain dead about my phone. Back to BoA because it still works.

posted 7 years agoHi there -- Sorry to hear you're running into trouble verifying your phone number. We know this is frustrating, but have tight security measures in place to try to ensure it's you. We're working hard to add alternative secure authentication methods and hope you'll give Eno another shot in the future. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13733002, 7 years agoCompletely broken, hasn't worked once over months and months. Abandoneware at it's finest from a bank no less.

posted 7 years agoHi there! Eno is very much available as a Firefox add-on. We recommend updating to the latest version of Firefox and giving it a try.- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14206908, 7 years agoIf your mobile phone is a pay as you go like Trac Fone, the app doesn't recognize the mobile phone as yours, so the app doesn't completely load so you can't use Eno.
