- Rated 3 out of 5by Arikarassi, 4 years agoThis used to work great, but then it stopped working well. There was a change where it now pops you out to a separate log in and that function is terrible. Logging in from the main browser window was much better.

- Rated 3 out of 5by bnad, 4 years agoI have never had any issues using this addon, it works well in what it is supposed to do and I love that it auto-populates the credit card info when I'm checking out on a website. However, like other reviewers mention, it creates considerable lag on some sites like youtube. Youtube videos are virtually unplayable when using this addon as it causes the entire site to lag to no end.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 16878035, 4 years agoGreat when it works...I can only manage my numbers in the app (and then only lock or delete). If I have an app that wants a card, I can't use Eno...

- Rated 3 out of 5by rmccomiskie, 4 years agoEach time I access the ENO Add-On it requires complete setup through the Web browser. Over and over. I am using Firefox 88.0.1 on Windows 10.
Although I have been able to issue virtual credit cards for several online vendors, the process is too complex and time consuming to be useful on a daily basis. The virtual credit card concept is very appealing but it must be convenient as well. As of today, the convenience part is missing.
I do not participate in Twitter or Facebook so those are not a means of tech support that works for me. When I call the Captial One tech support number, I get a rep who knows nothing about ENO so that's no help either.
I would really like to use ENO regularly, however, it needs to be made more reliable. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14489540, 4 years ago

posted 4 years agoThanks for checking out Eno! Currently, Eno is only available on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge from a PC/laptop. We'll make sure to forward your feedback over to our dev team! - Rated 3 out of 5by SKSSF, 4 years agoThe good:
* This automates online shopping with the added security benefit of generating individual credit card numbers.
The bad:
* Seems like I have to relogin frequently, even though I've turned on "express login" (or whatever it's called).
* The animations really slow down usability. Animations are cute, but when I have to wait for the animation to finish before I can see the entire credit card number, that's just wasting my time.
* It's buggy--sometimes I have to reload a page several times before the Eno popup will fully load.
It's a step in the right direction, hope that their developers are working to rectify the issues.Developer response

I can no longer sign in from browser since last firefox update. Put in name and password to sign in to ENO, send and it loops back to "sign in with browser". In the upper left corner of my desktop a small window opens and closes, too fast and small to note anything particular about the window. Have all permissions, cleared all cookies, no hope. Please fix.
Just called CapOne and was told they are no longer supporting ENO for firefox. SAD.Developer response

The developer needs to address this before the next public release of Firefox drops.

Thanks again! - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 16508950, 4 years agoFor the most part, this seems to work well, but I ran into a very frustrating experience while using this with the HP website today. Basically, it would generate a virtual number, but the number would not properly populate in the order fields - this happens periodically, so the add on allows you to copy and paste manually - not a deal breaker. However, every time I would manually enter the virtual information, Eno would reset the page and default the billing and shipping address to the same thing (which I did not want), as well as either (a) remove the item from the cart or (b) add a second item, with no way to reload the page. I eventually gave up and went to a different browser and used the real card number.
- Rated 3 out of 5by David, 4 years agoPretty good--awesome, actually--9 out of 10 times. One in a while Eno suggests a card that does not actually work. So I generate a new card, and it does not have a CVV #, so it doesn't work. And when it hangs, it does not give any indication of what the problem is or steps to take to unclog it. Overall, though, I love the security and peace of mind.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 5558077, 5 years ago(updated 10/21) This app is constantly failing to populate data on the "payment" pages of web sites. I have to log in to CapOne and manually copy virtual card data over to complete a purchase.
This would be a really great app if I could choose between persistent and one-time-use card numbers for purchases instead of "persistent only" .
Otherwise, it is a useful add-on. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14136969, 5 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15307334, 6 years agoENO works sometimes and it doesn't sometimes. When it doesn't I can't find a way to generate a virtual number manually so I'm left with no other options but to use my credit card numbers instead of virtual numbers. I would like to find a way to be able to use virtual numbers all the time.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14693340, 6 years agoFirst time I used it, I loved it. I was able to set up multiple websites, easy as pie. After the first couple times however, I couldn't get logged in. It didn't recognize me, asked me to sign up, and asked me to verify by text message. After verifying, it asked again. It asked approximately 10 or so times in a row before it told me that I reached a limit for text messages. Sometime during that, it asked for my card security code twice, and I got an email twice thanking me for signing up, after I had already signed up!
Somehow it started working again, and has worked since. Weird, but still needs polishingDeveloper response

We're happy to troubleshoot further there. Thank you for your review! - Rated 3 out of 5by onix, 6 years agoCan you please specify which 3rd party cookies sites must be added to the exceptions list? It is irritating to have a blanket accept policy for third party cookies for the Eno extension to work.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14479404, 6 years agoI will say off the bat I haven't used it but am sharing why. It seems a great idea to generate virtual numbers to protect your own, but in the fine print it says that they haven't yet been able to limit use of a number to one merchant or transaction, and that each virtual number is live, meaning that a bad employee of a merchant I use could still use that number for a purchase. Ultimately, until a better version comes along, it seems to me that Eno makes it easier for Capital One to track reported fraud, but for the consumer it just multiplies the number of card numbers out there which all point back to my card and make me responsible for payment. Maybe a future version will sort this out! I will stay tuned.

posted 6 years agoThank you for your review, and for sharing your concerns with virtual numbers. When using your Capital One card, even virtual numbers, you will never have to pay for unauthorized charges due to our $0 fraud liability with us. If you run into any issues with a virtual number being compromised, you can quickly shut it down and generate a new one. Thanks again for sharing your feedback! - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14448104, 6 years ago
