Not sure how it's supposed to work, but all it does for me is turn the extensions into a blank box. The overlay buttons still show up inside the player which is precisely what I'm trying to remove. Basically it breaks the extensions but doesn't remove them.

This was the normal behaviour until version 0.7.0. The browser extension only blocked the Twitch extension from loading / doing things but it didn't hide it, except if you used the "Disable: All" option.
I just released version 0.7.0 which now also hides blocked Twitch extensions from view like you thought it would.
