- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13289695, a year agoLike many I installed this extension after the truly awful update that Youtube performed, placing comments off to the side in order to give us more videos to endlessly click on and distract us (this update also broke Return Youtube Dislikes which is an utterly crucial feature).
This extension works for that, and has some other features, but the one driving me crazy now is the one that pops up a video when we scroll down to read comments.
An excellent idea! However, I CANNOT GET IT TO WORK. Sometimes it pops up the video, other times it doesn't. It is maddening! Closing the window and using search to go back to the video often works... but, not always. Or similar things sometimes work, ... but, not always.
The uncertainty is so disturbing I unfortunately have to turn this feature off and do without it.
Hope something can be done!
ETA: I see that the when the popup video does not work, the toolbar is also not loaded. So that is some hint as to what is going on.
ETA: Following comments further down, I found that removing all the google and youtube cookies seems to fix this problem and it now seems to work perfectly! (Had to also restart firefox as some youtube icons disappeared) - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18375566, a year ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Cats, a year agoWorks great, I do have an issue when using multiple YouTube tabs, only the first YouTube tab loaded has the Enhancer activate, the others don't get any of the benefits of it.
- Rated 4 out of 5by jtr, a year agoLove the extension, does a lot of stuff that enhances my YouTube experience. So thanks for whatever led to that point.
Here comes the "But - instead of shying away people blatantly that are coming to your website with this:
"To get in touch with me send your message directly to webmaster@mrfdev.com and if you're lucky you'll get a reply.
Don't send feature requests, I ain't got time to implement new features."
These people are trying to help you with ideas of new features, which will make your work even more renowned. So turn the approach around. Give the possibility to donate 5 bucks and by that give me the chance for a submission. Nipping ideas in the bud is the wrong mindset. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14638703, a year ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Sin Shadow Fox, a year agoGreat extension. Adds a lot of features YouTube desperately needs but will not implement. Only downside is the newer versions of the extension, 2.0.122 onwards, seem to be incompatible with Firefox. Hopefully this gets fixed soon though.
- Rated 4 out of 5by BillPigg, a year ago22Mar2024 Enhancer works great when left clicking on new video thumbnail. But fails to load when right clicking and "open link in new tab". Very frustrating.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18268890, a year agoWorks fine again, except for that the video is cut off at the bottom and right side of the frame when viewed in the Standard player when being converted into the old YT layout

- Rated 4 out of 5by Hueristic , a year agoNo longer working on FF 115.7.0esr nor The latest waterfox. This is troublesome as with means it no longer works on Windows 7!
- Rated 4 out of 5by Jersey77, a year agoWould be perfect except it now tends to break any Youtube video that is age restricted or has a violent content warning. Clicking the "I understand and wish to proceed" button just makes the initial warning pop up again and the video is unplayable. This mod is the cause of this issue since disabling the mod made the video play just fine.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Mineceater, a year agoWorking very good. But since last update the "Skip Add" Button was removed... I would love to see it back, that i dont have to change to another plugin.
- Rated 4 out of 5by megakarlach, a year agoIt was very good when it did worked, also the extensions was updated again to finally fix the issues that caused the extension to not load properly and remove the adblock feature, but the latest version was incompatible with latest version of Waterfox (which was based off Firefox ESR 115).
- Rated 4 out of 5by Ljubozoid, a year agoI don't care about the lack of ad blocking. The feature I missed the most was the enlarged thumbnail when autoplay is disabled. It is very important for me to see the enlarged video thumbnail. I also find other functions very useful, video filters, screenshot, volume control with the mouse wheel and others that I don't use often. Anyway thanks to the author for this great add-on and for updating it to be fully functional again.
- Rated 4 out of 5by 351654131135, a year agoI still have the issue of the command bar not always showing up. It seems to happen when I open a youtube link directly as a first tab, but if I click on a next recommended video, the bar appears, I then go back to the first tab, the bar remains. Why doesn't it show the first time?
