posted 5 years agoI'm really sorry for your inconvenience. Facebook has been rolling out a new update on news feed again. Unfortunately, all of my testing accounts haven't get this changes yet. I've been trying to find other accounts to investigate and will fix the addon as soon as possible.- Rated 1 out of 5by Hert, 5 years agoDoesnt work even after restarting FF. You just have to know that you have to restart Firefox after installation.

posted 5 years agoThank you for your feedback! Please try again with version 2.4.1.
When Facebook has new updates, they start with a small group of users and roll out the updates gradually. So it took me some time before I could notice what were changed. Sorry for your inconvenience. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14389340, 5 years agoAt the time of writing this - it works! Where uBlock unfortunately does not...
- Rated 4 out of 5by Marfield, 5 years agoPlease add support for the new Facebook layout, the feature that I am most interested in is the stop auto next video. With the new Facebook layout its not working as intended. Please update and provide a fix for this.
Thanks. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15215885, 5 years agoBeen fighting FB all morning by trying addon after addon. FINALLY! I find FBCleaner and the "sponsored" ads are GONE! Yeah! Thanks, Vasin!
- Rated 5 out of 5by Élodie, 5 years agov2.4.10 : Yeah ! Now it's working ! "Only facebook sponsored posts adblock that works." I confirm.
Edit with v2.2.6 : Sorry but still same for me, it's not working on my side. I found an another pluging which is working for me : http://qcl.github.io/QCLean/ (there is a GIT which could probably help you). I add a little more stars because you reply quickly to users and want help :)
15/07/2019 - Pity, it's don't remove sponsored ads even after a Force Refresh (F5 or Ctrl F5) even after a full restart of my browser. (Firefox 68.0 on a French Facebook Webpage with ads named "Sponsorisé").Developer response
posted 5 years agoThank you for your interest in FBCleaner. I can reproduce this issue in one of my test accounts and will fix it as soon as possible.
The current algorithm behind FBCleaner works with any languages. However, when Facebook updates their website, they gradually roll out the new version. So it might takes some times before I notice that something was changed.
[EDIT] Done! Please try again with version 2.2.6! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13667380, 5 years agoVasin, SEEMS to work for now. I implore you to CONTINUE to win this ABUSIVE FACEBOOK ADS BULLYING winner addon. They will try to outsmart this code, but you will win again and again. I rather get in a fight with a grown man than put up with this COMPLETE nonsense by Facebook, it IS abuse PERIOD.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15052280, 5 years agoIt works wonderfully! No more ads and sponsored lists in my News Feed. Thank you!
