This used to work like a dream for me but something changed. Now it doesn't auto-detect the correct languages and there is an annoying pop up that shows the original text that blocks me from clicking on links. I disabled the bubble pop up thinking that was the causing the problem but the pop up window is still there. I also tried to fix the auto detect by going into the options and to set the language manually. Now it's not translating pages at all. I am going to try to reinstall in hopes that fixes the issue but I have doubts because it will most likely just cover over the previous installation.

Нормально работают только оконные варианты. инлайн поначалу работал хорошо, но как всегда пытаясь улучшить делают только хуже. он просто не переводит 2/3 запросов. то ссылка ему мешает, то запятая не та. как хочет, так и посылает. в едже встроенный перевод в 10 раз лучше работает. никаких сбоев. переводит любую закорючку. неужели не настроить инлайн нормально? самый востребованный вариант, и самый кривой.

I would absoluetly love this app for the in-line translator, but it is so hit or miss for getting it to work! When it does work, it's AMAZING, but on most pages it doesn't even start, no matter how many times I click on the button in the context menu or use the keyboard shortcut.

Plastered with donation requests. Frustratingly obtuse options. Only one voice for English. Sub-par as a TTS program.

12-21-24: works more often on windows than other translators. widget for app appears on pages when not even called for. intrusive hijacking of browser to their main page-not welcomed.
11-25-22 Malware hijacks your browser to load their spam advertisements. Nuf said.
10-2-22: Malware "recommended" by Mozilla. Hijacks your browser to span you with their ads. Works about 80% of the time. Better than google translate though which requires you give up your privacy with their cookies to use it.
9-2-22: STILL INSTALLS MALWARE on your machine hijacking your browser to auto load their webpage w/out your input. Reported to Mozilla and they did nothing about it. Next Mozilla's going to be recommending trojans and RAT addons for your browser.
update 12-11-21: serious bug in using inline translation. Locks up computer win 8.1 requiring reboot. cannot be used for inline translation as a result. Frequently fails to initiate translation without additional clicking on "translate". Sometime fails to translate at all. went from good to much worse in a several months.
Update 6-23-21: Inserts it's annoying animated circle when logging into your email account even when you never clicked on the extension. And this annoying animated circle has no text so you don't know where it's coming from.
Have tried maybe 5-6 add on translators. This is the only one that actually works. Fast and good translations for selected text. Great addon. way to go imtranslator 6-22-21

popup thing that appear when i select text is too annoying so i have to use hotkeys, but hotkeys doesn't work at all.

I expected a new tab open with a translated to English page. Nope. :(

The translator uses so much memory.

It is one of the best translators I have ever used, but in this last update of (Aug 27, 2019), it started to use a lot of RAM (8Gb), surely it must be some mistake.
