- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16565307, 7 months agoUsed to work, now it doesn't. Can't log in. Don't waste your time installing it.
- Rated 1 out of 5by sfemet, 10 months agoWhat happened? Worked fine for ages, then login doesn't work. Just like the other reviewers, you can't log in when it is installed in Firefox. The company still "advertises" the extension as compatible. Yeah, no. I use their apps for Android and iOS which work fine. Fortunately, this is not my primary email. If it was, I would be very unhappy.
- Rated 1 out of 5by CybernetJester, a year agoUsed this a ton on other browsers and it worked just fine. Was an easy and convenient way to view emails from all of my accounts. I switched to Firefox and the extension no longer lets me sign in to any my accounts, freezing completely after I input my email and never prompting me for a password. Very disappointing.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Ricdog, a year agoCan no longer sign in to this extension for whatever reason. Pointless now.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14877565, a year agoDoes not provide a means of entering password to log in when used in Firefox but works great in Brave.

- Rated 1 out of 5by RamenRoman, 2 years agoI've used gmx.us for a few years now. I've even replaced gmail with it. Up until a week ago, I've had no problems, but now mail check is saying my browser is not compatible (Firefox which is up to date). What happened?
- Rated 1 out of 5by Micha, 2 years agowaardeloos. geen plaats voor wachtwoord als ik mail account wil toevoegen
- Rated 1 out of 5by BLT, 2 years agoPlease FIX this app! It is not functioning anymore, unlike a few months ago when it worked smoothly after initial login. Now, the system hangs indefinitely right after installation and user login. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN???
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17893356, 2 years agoIf you are using Firefox this addon is useless. Even tech support said to use another browser. Makes me wonder about Mail.com.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Tofu Jim, 2 years agoLike many have mentioned, I also cannot add my account as when I try to do so, the login button becomes inactive and I never get prompted to enter a password.
- Rated 1 out of 5by emiliano, 2 years agoPraticamente richiede l'accesso a qualsiasi cosa. Obbligano gli utenti a scaricarla per non dover inserire le credenziali ogni volta così riescono a tracciare qualsiasi cosa tu faccia
- Rated 1 out of 5by Roving Correspondant, 2 years agoWas working fine. After installing Windows 11 22H2 and installing Firefox (v107) then adding the Mail.com extension, I cannot log in. The log in dialogue accepts my email address but never gets to the 'enter password' screen. Does the extension need an upgrade?
- Rated 1 out of 5by waldyrious, 2 years agoAfter installing, the login dialog doesn't work: there's a field to type in the email address and a "Login" button, which upon being clicked becomes disabled and nothing else happens.
Furthermore, it requires permission to "Access your data for www.google.com", and for "login.live.com", which I highly doubt are actually necessary for the extension to work and feel like privacy intrusion. - Rated 1 out of 5by Krzysiek, 2 years agoDodatek wymaga zbyt wielu uprawnień,niewymienione wszystkie witryny,które maja dostęp do stron przeglądarki.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Str8Newb, 3 years agoThere is only a place to enter my email address and no place to enter a password so my credentials always fail
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15055949, 3 years agoToo intrusive. Requires access to way too much info.

- Rated 1 out of 5by plague, 4 years ago(Edit 2 jan 2023: seems the plugin stopped working, won't show up how many unread mails you have anymore or show a preview of them.)
The plugin works, shows what emails you got with a preview of them. I give 4 stars because it ain't perfect:
-It shows only unread mail. If I select an email, a new tab opens to show it (perfect!). But if I delete that mail from that tab, the tab closes itself automatically (perfect!), but doesn't actually delete the email! It doesn't show up anymore in the plugin list of unread email, but if I open my email adress the mail is still there!
-Feedback page doesn't work (links to a search page, so I'm writing feedback here). - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13518704, 4 years ago
