[Firefox for Android 58.0.1]
Still fails[I've also tried earlier versions]
NO I can't see a logout button as the original page is stuck just showing "Authentication failed".
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension numerous times all to no avail.
I've also logged out and back in again directly @ https://getpocket.com/a/queue/list/ .
The only thing I can think of is that I log into my pocket account just with my username: ichmoimeyo. Logging in with ichmoimeyo@gmail.com FAILS.
UPDATE: I've updated my username @ pocket to ichmoimeyo@gmail.com BUT I still need to login "via email" NOT via "sign in with Google"[which freezes after I choose my Google account]
However even after reinstalling your extension I still get "Authentication failed"
UPDATE_2: Same problem with 1.6.5
"Did you remove the extension, close browser and then reinstall it?"
YES I did. I even disabled all other extensions in case there was a conflict.
PS: I've tested this both on my Android phone & tablet.
"Could you open the Tools -> Web Developer -> Web Console and send me the error there? I tested with my multiple accounts and I can't get this error."
Firefox for ANDROID does not have devtools & hence no Web Console.[there only is remote debug]
Have you actually tested this on an Android device? Your extension does state "Works with Firefox for Android 54.0 and later"
"I will remove the compatibility for android until it is fixed in firefox."
Thank you.Developer response
posted 7 years agoDoes it still fail? If you can see Logout button, please press it, if you can't then reinstall the extension.

Did you remove the extension, close browser and then reinstall it?
Being logged into getpocket.com is not really related to the extension, because I am using their API and their API could be down or broken but their webpage would still work.

Okay I had time to inspect it a bit more and looks like Firefox for Android doesn't support identity api that is used to log into extensions that use another services oauth api. Reference to it: https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/611
I didn't test it on firefox for android because I have about 270 users on firefox for android and looks like they can use it? I really dunno how. I will remove the compatibility for android until it is fixed in firefox. - Rated 3 out of 5by NickOlson, 7 years agoNow the "Open A New Tab" only opens Pocket.
I can't get a plain-old tab opened for general use.
Disabled it until there's a fix.

Don't get me wrong, I'm VERY happy to have access back to my Pocket and its 350 entries.
I used to activate Pocket with its own tool/button on the toolbar, and "Open A New Tab" with the "+" for going elsewhere.
Now the "Open A New Tab" goes to Pocket and I had to find another way to access my "frequently used" sites.
I'll get used to it but it was different and I'm old ;-)
Thanks for getting our Pockets back.
