- Rated 1 out of 5by blaze, 5 years agoYour servers randomly stop working. Was connected to bg39 until that stopped working. But because the login goes through the VPN I can't log in to change it. This is braindead design.
- Rated 1 out of 5by CrippledbyDebt, 5 years agoThis extension used to be really good, but recently whenever I activate the extension, the VPN fails to connect and asks for a username and password making it unusable by disabling access to sites.
Edit: Response to the Developer: Same problem still persists.Developer response
posted 5 years agoHello. Do disconnect from our extension before closing your browser to see whether the issue that you're currently experiencing persists. - Rated 1 out of 5by fota, 5 years agoI paid for a three year subscription to NORDVPN.
On a PC running windows the NORDVPN app seems be slow and buggy sometimes and I'm getting tired of entering my user name and password. The app indicates it's connected but there's no connection. Reboot machine. I disabled at Start Up and decided to try the Firefox plugin.
The plugin has less features that the app. What WOULD BE amazing is if I didn't have to enter a username and password every time. WHAT'S UP with that NORDVPN? It's a pain in the butt.
Everything is updated.
I will not renew with NORDVPN again unless something changes.Developer response

Isn't it ironic - give your actual personal info like names and bank account details to a tool you will use for your traffic that you want to keep anonymous? It's no brainer wjy would anyone do it?!? Most useless addon ever
- Rated 1 out of 5by wenlin, 5 years agoThis plugin seems useless. It needs to run nordvpn in command line, or it will show that "The proxy extension has encountered an error or couldn't connect to the Internet". But on my system - linux, the setupvpn works well.

Our team is available 24/7 at support.nordvpn.com.- Rated 1 out of 5by MicahStone, 5 years agoI found this add-on to be useless. Each of the several times I have tried to use it, all I have been able to get is a pop-up saying "Failed to connect. Try again later." On the other hand, the Browsec add-on works GREAT !!!

Thank you! - Rated 1 out of 5by Jauz, 5 years agoDoesn't work! I use Nord on my mobile and other devices but for Firefox it won't allow me to even log in after reinstalling the extension. Error message saying "Something went wrong". Doesn't allow you to reconnect to a different server only one per country? Very disappointed with this outdated version of Nord for the price you pay it's really not worth it. There are much more efficient VPN's for cheaper

The icon says connected, when I click it, opens a login screen and I'm not able to logout or disconnect. Since it thinks it's connected, when I try to login it says "check your connection". When I contacted the support, they said "uninstall the extension and use proxy" or "use the windows vpn app". I've paid for this service only becouse it has an extension. If I want to use a system-wide vpn, I use another vpn that I've already paid a long time ago.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15625581, 5 years agoAdd-ons qui ne sert à rien. Blocages et baisse de débits incompréhensifs ! Vous feriez mieux de développer une page graphique pour Linux. Celle d'Android fonctionne maintenant Très Bien. Cordialement.

Same problem as other people mentioned. I get logged out, you can't log in anymore and the internet traffic is still blocked.
edit: I updated my browser and reinstalled the add-on. It works afterwards and after a few days I have the same problem again.Developer response
posted 5 years agoHello. Do update your browser and reinstall our extension to see whether the issue that you're currently experiencing persists afterward. In case it does regardless, drop a line to our customers' support team regarding further assistance on its resolve at support.nordvpn.com. - Rated 1 out of 5by Ian, 5 years agoWhen it works, it works well, but every so often, Nord signs me out and won't accept my password. It blocks all connection to the internet and there is no way to sign out. If I disable it, I can't then re-enter my details. The only workaround is to keep uninstlaling and reinstalling it. Their helpdesk have been unable to provide a solution.

posted 5 years agoHello. Yes, our service is paid and you would need to purchase a subscription in order to benefit from it.- Rated 1 out of 5by hmmmmm, 5 years agoi've used it for whole year, works good but sometimes slow HOWEVER if it often cannot connect to specific regions and/or randomally logs you out after closing the browser, requiring you to log out and log in for it to function properly.
i wanted to give it 2 stars but then I saw the "developer" rushing quickly to every negative review to spam the "contact muh support"Developer response
