1. Long technical support answers (12-24 hours), formal answers, asking for things that have already been answered earlier.
2. This is not a free application, but any payment automatically makes a subscription to you, it is not written anywhere except Help Center, it also says that a return is possible only for the first payment, the rest is not returned if they are not forced by law.
3. VPN program automatically install 2 more programs with self, one of them consumes traffic, when VPN does not work, removal does not help, the VPN program will restore them ...Developer response

We inform our customers that the service is paid and works on a subscription basis for which auto-renewals are enabled by default - this is a standard practice across the market, for services independently and on various app store platforms (Google Play, Apple's App Store, etc.). We let our customers know about renewals being enabled by default during checkout as well as in our Terms of Service. We also have customer support available 24/7 to answer any such or other questions as well as to assist with any issues related to the use of our service. Tokyo server is only location I am counting for ridiculous national restrictions tho. fix it plz

Look for another job If you are not able to make a usable extension. It would be better for everybody. I had to downgrade to Version3.3.0, and that still works perfectly (right now)Developer response

If you go to speedtest.net it will show fast speed. However other test websites or actual file download is capped at exactly 10mb/s. You can see that the speed will briefly exceed 10mb/s then push back down. If you download 2 files, each files will only download at 5mb/s. This has been going for months. So much with their "no cap".

- Rated 1 out of 5by Limo, a year agoIt can't be a coincidence that many people besides me have been experiencing massive losses in speed for a few days now. Fix your add-on. After all, we pay money for it
Update: Contacting the support is frustrating.
Summed up: clearing cache, reinstalling NordVPN add-on and deactivate other add-ons. Despite my messages about many others having the same problem, the supporter didn't think about the NordVPN update as the cause of the problem.
I hope, there is a bug fix coming soon. Otherwise I'll look for a reliable vpn provider.Developer response

They are available 24/7. -G.M. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17948208, a year agoA friend told me that I could simply add NordVPN as an extension on my Firefox rather than download the entire program onto my desktop computer system and it does the same thing. Ever since the last update, this extension slows Firefox right down to a crawl where the new tabs I do searches in or just click on a certain website in one of my bookmarks will not even show results whatsoever. I decided to turn off the extension, download the entire program and install it onto my computer system that shows in the system tray as it did before and Firefox works quickly like it did before I added the extension. Like so many have already said, this extension needs improvement to an update that will make it work as it should.
