- Rated 1 out of 5by Tarbyle, 2 years agoHighly unstable. Frequently glitches out, fails to open and needs to be uninstalled/reinstalled (sometimes multiple times) to get it working again.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Libertydoc, 2 years agoThis had worked really well for a long time. I relied on it. Now I can't log in and my passwords are inaccessible.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Lunny04, 3 years agoThis gadget/app/add-on (whatever you'd like to call it, I've heard them all) used to work just fine in FireFox running thru a proxy & a VPN for years without any issues. Now every time I attempt to open my Norton Password Manager the last 3 days, I just get the "Oops, something went wrong" error message repeatedly and never get to the log in screen. The only fix thus far has been to completely uninstall the extension, then readd it. Which works, but is a royal pain in the *** every time I reopen FireFox and want to log back into my Norton Password Manager.
If it wasn't for this issue, I'd say 5 of 5. If and when it's working, it does auto fill user names & passwords and can generate secure passwords easily. - Rated 1 out of 5by XGenUK, 3 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by N3x0, 3 years agoDas Add-On wird nicht mehr richtig unterstützt. Ich hänge andauernd in der Warteschleife, sobald ich auf das Add-On zugreifen möchte. Mit anderen Browsern funktioniert es.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16893792, 3 years agoAwful! It will not allow me to see my password in the case of needing to use it on another system without norton, puts an ugly emoji in the password box and basically just sucks. I guess I could log into the password manager and see passwords but I FORGOT THAT PASSWORD AND THE RECOVERY QUESTIONS DON'T WORK!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14353129, 3 years agoGarbage- Frequently on all browsers while using a computer lately the link does not work. For this reason alone, I am NOT renewing my Norton subscription.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14665236, 3 years agoPiece of crap free frm BT worse than useless lost all passwords support just leads to a non active chat button. Norton as much help as a chocolate teapot!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17219189, 3 years agoI did not ask for it nor want it. I have another Password Manager that I am happy with. This stupid thing, NORTON, makes you jump through hoops to delete it. Get real people, not everyone wants all your garbage that you offer.
- Rated 1 out of 5by yunh, 3 years agoThis add-on will work as expected, but it will slow down the browser in situations not related to authentication. (e.g., multiple images view on Twitter)
This slowdown occurs not only in Firefox but in Chrome and Edge as well.
I've been using this add-on for many years but switched to Bitwarden when I found out that it causes slowdowns. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14263553, 3 years agoOh God, I bought a password manage because something that is free is like yours: garbage

- Rated 1 out of 5by Maria, 4 years agoHas been working fine for many months. Now will not let me open. Tried uninstall/reinstall, reboot, about everything you can think of. Works fine in Chrome and Edge.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13369127, 4 years agoApplication intrusive avec une ergonomie catastrophique. Elle réclame tout le temps des réponses à des questions qui n'ont pas été posées. La demande de réponses est floue car ça demande en même temps de cliquer sur "Répondre" et de donner un mot de passe.
