- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 5813178, 2 years agoFunctionaliy works as promised, but it heavily slows down my entire browser. Switching tabs sometimes takes 5 seconds, but ONLY if this addon is enabled. Please fix this, or I have to look for an alternative.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 16901648, 2 years agoPROS: OK when it works. The password generator is easy to use. Convenient to share password database across multiple platforms/devices.
CONS: Unfortunately, it doesn't recognise the username &/or password fields more than half the time so you have to manually enter your details anyway. When you've already entered your details or when you've clicked Login, that's when it offers to auto-fill. Other times, it just won't recognise the website you're on even though there are credentials saved for that domain. It's also terrible that it doesn't automatically clear the copied password from the Clipboard. You also can't delete multiple entries or duplicates. It would be nice if you could auto-fill/type the details like in KeePass. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 17840569, 2 years agoI find it difficult to access Norton Password Manager, which renders it very effective at locking me out of my own accounts.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 17371018, 2 years agoIt doesn't work all the time. I have to reload Firefox page to kick start it and it may enter the user info but not the password. It's not easy complaining about something that is free.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Asureas, 2 years agoNice password manager but seems to cause firefox (at least on windows 12) to crash which is more annoying.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 15211830, 3 years agoIt is clunky and not easy to use. It saves past passwords and they take time to remove. The app needs a total rethink.

- Rated 2 out of 5by TrainmanSF3810, 3 years agoFirefox browser extension has functioned, but link is frequently broken so unable to enter master password... Extension functionality is unreliable. I want to like this because of the Norton name, but I'm losing faith in the product.

- Rated 2 out of 5by cbspencer, 4 years agoGenerally NPM is very good, but it had one annoying problem that has caused me to stop using it and go back to LastPass. NPM has an all-or-nothing attitude; prompt to save all logins, or do not prompt at all. There are some logins which I *never* want to save, yet NPM keeps prompting me to save them. It would be nice if NPM let me specific not to save logins for certain websites. Until then, the constant prompts are too annoying for me to use NPM.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Roger V., 5 years agoIt would be great... if only I could set up a password vault. Something's broken, and it keeps saying "something went wrong, please try again later". That's not very helpful, Symantec. Yet to report problem to Symantec.
