    We regrettably had service issues last week (29-Aug-2016 to 2-Sep-2016 timeframe) that impacted ability to access Identity Safe Vaults.

    Those services are now available and you should be able to access your Vault now.

    This extension is not compatible with Comcast Norton Security Suite which uses a local vault.

    Doesn't work very well. The old Norton Toolbar works much better in Google Chrome

    Hello - thank you for your review feedback. We uploaded an initial version of the add-on that may not function correctly. We did this to get initial Mozilla review feedback. Unfortunately the Mozilla review process requires extensions to be in a listed+visible state for the reviews to be conducted.

    We will update the listing information to let you know more information on the state of the release.
