Your PureSquare Team - Rated 3 out of 5by BillyCool, a year agoThe extension works and does what it should but just having it enabled and not connected is preventing other VPN extensions from working for whatever reason. Not nice.

- Rated 3 out of 5by MageXero, 2 years agoAdd-on worked at first, but stopped working without warning, exposing my real IP. By all indications, it appeared to be still working and would even appear to connect to the chosen server.
After receiving adds targeted to my real location, I checked my IP, my real IP displayed even though the add-on status indicated connected.
Only after uninstalling and reinstalling add-on did it work as it was supposed too.
I suspect this may have started when the add-on begun going straight to the settings upon opening. That behaviour has now stopped after re-install.Developer response

- Rated 3 out of 5by oblitus, 4 years agoFirst, it is NOT a VPN, it is just a proxy. It is an important difference - it breaks some sites, and some sites that don't want to allow proxy connections won't work. If you want a real security and real reliability - you have to use a system-wide VPN (split tunneling feature don't work).
Second, It is rather buggy and lacks in features. Support is utterly useless! The only response you'll get is "sorry, we can't fix it." I've already tried to resolve issues listed here.
After some time, connection becomes permanent, and attempts to disconnect or change proxy are ignored (you'll see it disconnecting/reconnecting in UI but the actual IP won't change until you restart Firefox). Bypass proxy list is extremely inconvenient to use. You need to reconnect after changing the list (and reconnect is broken), and for some sites it does not work. Also, format is unclear.
And if you want to buy a subscription - wait for sales, prices are quite high, but they regularly drop them massively (sometimes it is a 90% sale).Developer response

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14619459, 6 years agoWhen using VPNs, I find my computer is confused. I get pages in the language of the country I have selected, and when I order something, the currency of the country I selected is on the screen. I have to turn off the VPN in order to get to the correct currency. I also don't like getting pop-up ads in another language. It would be nice to have a choice to use my own country, but have the proxy address constantly moving around this country.
