- Rated 5 out of 5by FONZACUS, 5 years agohuge game changer, a global chat network that works on every site (except most are empty, and restricted sites like mozilla pages). there are some other attempts but they didnt work out well IMHO.
while its current phase is betaish, the devs are pretty active scouting around, which feels kind of creepy but meh. if they can keep a cool head they can probably go google in the future.Developer response
posted 5 years agoThanks for your review, FONZACUS! Glad to hear you're enjoying Relay. Sorry if we came off as creepy 👀. - Rated 5 out of 5by cwilson, 5 years agoThis is the future of anonymity, my friends. It's wicked smart, like mopping-floors-at-MIT-and-solving-chalkboard-problems-type smarts.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14533072, 6 years agoI definitely understand the other user's concern about permissions. That's usually my number one worry when installing an add-on, but I realize that the app wouldn't work if it couldn't use JavaScript on every page. I'm also put at ease that the app seems to collect very little data.
That said, this thing is amazing and I can't believe no one's ever done this before. It's 100% going to blow up, and I'm excited to be along for the ride. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14423911, 6 years agoI downloaded this because I hate social media in general, but this app is anonymous chatting across websites, which is sick because not only can I chat with my friends I invited, but also a bunch of rando people on the internet with the same interests as me! Usually I'm out netflix and chillin with friends, watching Big Mouth, and we chat about the show and it's a jolly good time.
It's easy to use, easy to setup, there's some pretty cool features, like DMs, @mentions, and good moderation, so I can just block people I don't want to talk to. Best of all, it's all anonymous and they're not saving your data and selling it like Facebook. It would be cool if there was some type of badging system or something maybe to come in the next version
