- Rated 4 out of 5by Chris, 2 years agoit rotates and centers the image, that the way it should be (in opposite to other add-ons ;-)). one funny thing is: if you rezise the picture with another add-on and then rotate it with this add-on the picture "runs" out of the window *lol* try it, its funny
- Rated 4 out of 5by Golden, 2 years agoIt's a nice and quick image resizer, which is good for when you wanna change the size of images without zooming the entire page.
I only have one suggestion to make, which is a "Downscale to 67%" option, as that is the value that appears to give images 1 to 1 pixel scaling on 1440p displays, which can occasionally be what gives images the sharpest appearance.
In addition to this, maybe an option for webpages to load all images at a certain zoom level by default could be useful for a similar reason. - Rated 4 out of 5by fanavary, 3 years agoSurprisingly works fine , but I specifically looking if it can zoom in the CAPCHA images
- Rated 4 out of 5by trevally, 4 years agoAs in other extensions, if you rotate a big image, you can't see all of the rotated image because its rotation is anchored in the center

We recently released a new version, 1.6, that I believe addresses this issue. Specifically, if the zoomed or rotated image pushes past the top or left edges of the screen, the add-on will translate the image down/right to make the top left corner visible. From there you can use the browser scroll bars to pan right/down and view the entire image.
You may have to force an update by removing and re-adding the add-on.
If you have any further issues you can contact us via the Issues page on our GitHub. Visit the Homepage link in the More Information section of the Rotate and Zoom Image add-on page. - Rated 4 out of 5by Luciano A. Ferrer, 4 years agoIt works, it seems to be great... but it would be greater if this extension worked at google classroom images too D-:

- Rated 4 out of 5by Atherworld, 7 years agoRotate works great. Zoom, on certain pages, either just zooms in on the center, and you cna't scroll, or zoom in and give you partials crolling..

posted 7 years agoHello Atherworld.
Can you please send me the specific page, where I could reproduce this? You can use either support page or email listed on https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/rotate-and-zoom-image/. - Rated 4 out of 5by Ikeypoo, 7 years agoThis works nice, but there were many quality of life features that I used a lot from the last image zoom addon I had.
Do you think you could add them?
The features were:
hold right click on the image then scrollbar up/down to adjust zoom level, including out and in.
hold right click then left click to give you max visibility zoom, to resize the image to fit your page.
hold right click then scrollbar click to reset to normal
These were some of the most valuable features in my opinion, and they made my life so much better.
Overall, your product does what it says it does and does it well.Developer response

At this moment there is no support for mouse gestures. :/ I would like to add it in the next major release, but I did not have time to schedule it yet. - Rated 4 out of 5by ziggar.uk, 8 years agodoesnt work on ebay or facebook where its probably needed the most.......................

posted 8 years agoHi ziggar.uk. Thank you for spotting the issue. I have made a quick fix for Facebook, which should work for eBay too. It's in version 1.3.1, which is now in the addons.mozilla.org review process and should be available soon. If you have Rotate and Zoom Image still installed, just try to update it https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-update-add-ons
If you still see the issue, please contact me directly via the support email on the right side of this page.
EDIT: The new version is now approved and available for update/install.
