I have been using it for months. There is nothing I would add/remove. It is just GREAT.

I need to read A LOT from many sources and this makes the experience much nicer to my eyes.

And I did try many other addons and bookmarklets before, believe me.

Love this addon, though like a previous reviewer said, it would be great if we could change brightness and contrast.
