Googleのサーバに直接アクセスできませんので
ローカルにない情報はもちろん取れません 。 p
(セキュリテイを考えれば理解できるかと思います）

"keep"のように動的に画面を四六時中書き換えていれば、
検索したときと表示時で内容や位置が変わります。
検索時と違う表示であれば検索結果は古いというのは当たり前で、
表示する際に整合はとれません。その点を理解して使っていただければと思います。
(例：google search,mapなど)

画面が書き換われば、再検索は必要ですし
ページを書き換えているのはkeep側で、
このアドオンのメイン機能の範囲ではそもそもありません。
のでその部分の低評価は。。。
