- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15097235, an hour agoDoes what it says on the tin. A few complaints:
1. Bloated with many features. I worry there may be a performance hit, as I already run about 4 YouTube extensions. I literally just want the cinema mode for videos on all websites. Enhancer for YouTube also achieves cinema mode, the main feature of this extension, for YouTube specifically. So I don't need all the extras. Not a big deal I guess. Extension might be better marketed as YouTube Enhancement Suite or something like that, since it does so much.
2. The preferred method of tutorializing is YouTube videos on their channel, and they want you to subscribe. No thanks; TTS robot lady creeps me out. Whatever happened to interactive tutorials? Just let me click through some popups, please.
3. Extension tries very hard to make you advertise for it. The Welcome Guide should be a tutorial first, marketing second. On the Guide they present you with "share on facebook and twitter" almost immediately, before the info about advanced features is introduced. It's not a small blip, it takes up the whole screen until you scroll past, making the bulk of the tutorial inaccessible until you do so. THEN, there is also a "share this" menu in the context menu of the extension icon, which helps you share the extension with a boilerplate ad, NOT share the video as the name might imply. Pretty much the same as in the Guide but more annoying, because you will have to mouse past this "share" menu every single time you want to get to the options menu. I get that this work is probably underappreciated and hard to make money on, but come on, this is ridiculous. Functionality first, please.
4. The options menu is too hard to reach. Gotta right click the icon > mouse past Welcome, Donation, Share, and Subscribe on YouTube (all self promo), click Manage Extension, click the 3 dot menu in the tab that opens, and FINALLY you can click options and get to the options page. It's just as out of the way as pressing Ctrl Shift A to reach the extensions page and then doing Ctrl F to find the extension, so on the user end, this is a waste of a useful menu. I know perfectly well they could just link Options in the context menu like FireMonkey does.
With all these little annoyances, the extension is not worth using for me. I would rather just make the window smaller or use PiP over my desktop background, if I really need a small video surrounded by dark. But maybe it's worthwhile for others. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16828216, 14 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14178381, 7 months agoHello! The extension stopped working in Mozilla 133.0 x64, it seems after the last browser update. Please fix it. I give a rating of 5 for the past work and I hope for the future one too. I couldn’t write to you on the site; it gives me some kind of error.
Только что заработало (через сутки), спасибо! Just worked (in a day), thank you!Developer response
