- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14018728, 7 years agoDoes exactly what the others weren't for me! Keepass auto-type works again! Thank you so much for developing this!!!
Since FF Quantum, I have had to make dual-entries for when I am on FF or Chrome, as the Chrome extension I use shows protocol, and full URL. The FF add-on I was using, "URL (protocol, hostname, path) in title by Tormen" just would *not* work as advertised for me. - Rated 5 out of 5by noname, 7 years agomany people dont undertand, how important trailing slash for this add on.
its usefull again phishing site,
for example google.com/ , without trailing slash, hacker can create site name like google.community.tld this to steal your info and password - Rated 5 out of 5by Tim G., 7 years agoFantastic little add on.

Thank you for your comment. I'm not certain to understand your need. Could you open an issue to https://github.com/cloutierjo/titleUrl/issues it'll be easier to discuss about it there.
regards - Rated 5 out of 5by Timofey Sherudilo, 7 years agoVery useful. Thank you. ) A suggestion: it may be good to hide the trailing slash, as an option,

posted 7 years agoHi,
Thank you for your comment. Concerning the forward slash at the end, it is required for security reason. This slash prevents from autotyping your google credentials on the google.com.hackersite.com site for example.
If you think this needs more discussion, please open an issue to https://github.com/cloutierjo/titleUrl/issues

- Rated 5 out of 5by siffe, 7 years agoEasy to configure and does what it's supposed to do. It would be even nicer if there were an option to hide the Page url on the tab itself.

posted 7 years agoHi,
Thank you for your comment. Concerning the title on the tab, sadly it is a current limitation of the new Firefox plugin API. If the possibility becomes available to change only the windows title, I'll surly do it.
regards - Rated 5 out of 5by Иван, 8 years agoОчень долго искал дополнения с подобным функционалом для организации простой интеграции с KeePass. Дополнение небольшое и отлично справляется со своей задачей - добавляет в заголовок Табов адрес открытого домена.
Теперь исчезла необходимость ставить какие-то дополнительные расширения и плагины в KeePass - все пароли всегда вводятся по Ctrl+Alt+A
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13284575, 8 years agoDrop-in replacement for KeePass Helper, compatible with FF57+
- Rated 5 out of 5by JoanB, 8 years agoThe add-on does what is expected (adds the URL to the title bar and nothing more).
Unlike other add-ons (Add URL to Window Title, KeePass Helper, etc.), this one works nice with e10s, i.e. it doesn't cause Firefox to drop back to single process mode. Also FF57+ compatible is nice for being future-proof.
Source in the XPI doesn't have any tracking or anything malicious, I checked it (you can do it yourself, it's pretty short).
It needs some better marketing/positioning since it was pretty hard to find on AMO (but also maybe because it has few users).
