It does change the background but it shouldn't be limited to 2MB, I use a big screen and I can't set images of my choice since all are PNG or JPEG and over 6MB, once this annoying limitation is removed, I will raise the score to 4.5, 5 will require to not use white colors everywhere and not adding tracking elements like weather.
