- Rated 4 out of 5by Anaj, 2 years agoI used to use BeeLine reader before and was looking for an alternative. This add-on is a truly sufficient substitute and works really well.
I agree with other users' ideas on improving the add-on (automatic activation, possibility to select the gradient's colours, etc.) and would like to add:
- have hyperlinks (e.g. on Wikipedia) still be light blue to make them stand out from the coloured text. This is a big one for me personally
Other than that, I am very happy to have found this add-on, makes reading long articles with ADHD and skippy eyes easier! - Rated 4 out of 5by Stumblr, 4 years agoDefinitely helps my ADHD with reading and tracking, but requires manual activation on every page every time. I'll keep it installed, at least for now, but I really was hoping for something automatic instead of adding another step.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Caligena, 4 years agoThis is a wonderful add-on that makes reading big blocks of text much easier for people like me, who has raging ADHD. The ability to customize the gradient length is great, and I appreciate that there was chosen colors that are easier for most varieties of colorblind to differentiate between. My only complaint is that is sets all text to black before applying the gradient, which nullifies its usefulness for web pages that have a dark or black background (like many writing forums or custom websites); I wish there was an option to make the text recognize that the page uses white text, or maybe just an option to be able to select that myself.
