Tried this since the Video Blocker ext doesn't work anymore with YT's new layout. Seems to do the trick quite nicely. Back to only seeing about 20% of the "Trending" section after removing all the garbage!

Have been using for half a year or so now and very satisfied.

EDIT: New ui elements regularly break features. Right now you can't block channels from search results as channel icons are in the way of block button. Manually adding the channel names it too much of a hassle. This happens routinely, so it would probably best to move the block button too a less crowded area of the ui permanently.

how do i reset this addon without have to remove each one?

Работает отлично. Блокирует говноконтент на ютубе на 5+. Блочит по каналу и по словам в видео. Жаль, что чувствительность к регистру не работает и нет фильтра для окончании. Крч, к примеру, если приходится блокировать слово "Сиреноголовый" в видео, то блокирую все слова отдельно: сиреноголовый, Сиреноголовый, СИРЕНОГОЛОВЫЙ, сиреноголового, Сиреноголового, СИРЕНОГОЛОВОГО, siren head, Siren head, Siren Head, SIREN HEAD, SIRENHEAD и так далее. Не жалко задонатить, но я нищеброд :(

Thanks for giving the option to block YouTube channels, considering 99% of YouTube is COMPLETE BS. I've blocked about a thousand channels already!

It used to work nicely, but since the latest YT changes, the blocked channels show up in the trending section and whatnot. It's now nearly useless.

No more of those useless unwanted Youtube channels pretty effective.

Works well. Feature request for advanced mode: Support regex for whitelisting. There are so many garbage channels that excluding all except your whitelist is the answer.

FINALLY! After trying out every single channel blocker above this one on the search list, I finally found one that works. now, let's see how LONG it works; before YouTube breaks it.

Just found out it's not compatible with the "restore old theme of youtube" addon. That will break it! "youtube classic" works though.

great replacement for video blocker but the only problem is that their is no way to import the 2000 channel i blocked from video blocker to this so i have to block one by one from the beginning
