In firefox, it seems that bitwarden only shows up as a sidebar and not as an extension which can be clicked once. Therefore, it is not that convenient.

No matter what I do, the toolbar icon does not appear, so I can't access it. Reinstalled to no effect.

After 7 months, this browser extension is still awful. If you set it to be able to log you back in via biometrics or a PIN, it just doesn't work and reverts back to those being unchecked. If you mistype your materpassword, you have to fully logout, then log back in, it won't let you just retype your password.

I really want to like Bitwarden, but it's just so terrible to use. I'm giving it a few more months, then if it's not got better, I'll cancel my subscription and give 1password a go.

Perfectly happy with the add on but it refuses to save preferences when installed on a new browser. Very annoying to deal with when using on multiple machines.

Bitwarden is FANTASTIC !! This browser add-on works just fine !! So why only one star, you ask? Because the more convenient something is, the less secure it becomes !! I highly discourage the use of Bitwarden on anything other than the desktop of your personal computer or laptop !! It is a major security risk to have Bitwarden installed on ANY browser !! I even highly discourage the use of Bitwarden on a mobile phone !! This review is about your security !! This browser add-on will make your life easier, BUT LESS SECURE !!

Add on will NOT show up on my Firefox Menu Bar.

Impossible to connect to my vault.

There is no where on the help pages that indicate importing from one of the other password managers is not free. After I create an account, after the .csv file is created for import to Bitwarden, after finding "tools" & "import" and am repeatedly sent to the appropriate help page with no option to actually import the data do I realize this is a paid option only! Have any idea how long it would take to completely redo the URLs, usernames & passwords??? Total BS.

really really good, the android and ios apps sometimes don't work unfortunately, but this is great.

I can login in a tab, but in the extension I always receive an error for user or password incorrect, but they are not incorret.

New version is extremely sluggish. New UI is super big and with less info. Please revert everything.

Many errors, not good anymore on Firefox ESR

Out of date extension at 2022.8.0. The current version is 2022.9.1 and no effort to update within Firefox.

Every time I open a new window, a Bitwarden sidebar pops up and needs to be closed. There is no way to disable this.

Unfortunately there's a bug since a month where the extension stops working, requiring a logout or a reinstall. Extremely annoying, although the issue has been reported, and affects quite a few users, seemingly no one is looking into it since two weeks.

The extension does not work well with its desktop app. For Firefox, I have to unlock the extension at least 3-4 times before it can be used.
There are also problems for the extension in private mode. It also does not detect/fill many login forms automatically.
