multiple failures by aura tech support cases need fix

worst add-on I have ever experienced. Been on with customer service for ever.

Aura will not connect to my computer anymore. I asked for chat assistance and it was totally unhelpful. I trusted Aura to manage my pws and now I have to reset all my pws when I sign in to a site. Need to cancel my acct if I get no useful help.
