Due to a decision by the Russian Supervision Committee (Roskomnadzor - RKN), our VPN servers are currently being blocked in Russia. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control.
Rest assured that we are actively working on a solution to restore access as soon as possible.

publicado el hace 6 mesesHi Igor,
Could you please let us know the issue you are facing and the third-party you are referring to?
Please note that, as the description and name mention, Bright VPN extension for Chrome lets you control the desktop application directly from your browser.
It DOES NOT provide any VPN or proxy functionality by itself.
• To use this extension, the desktop application needs to be installed
• The extension will assist you with its installation, if it’s not already installed
• Do not install this extension if you do not want to install the desktop application

publicado el hace un añoHi,
BrightVPN does not have any virus and is 100% safe.
As mentioned in the description, which we advise you to review, this extension does not substitute the VPN itself. Instead, it is a desktop remote controller extension for Chrome that allows you to control the BrightVPN desktop application directly from your browser. It does not provide any VPN or proxy functionality on its own.
- To use this extension, the desktop application needs to be installed.
- The extension will assist you with the installation if it’s not already installed.
- Do not install this extension if you do not want to install the desktop application.- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18606219, hace un año

publicado el hace 2 añosHi,
Please try installing BrightVPN prior to installing our browser extension.
Moreover, make sure the Mozilla account login you are using to install the extension is the same one you are using on the computer you are installing BrightVPN.
BrightVPN extension is essentially a remote control that allows you to turn ON your VPN from anywhere.

publicado el hace 2 añosHi,
We would like to clarify that a browser extension VPN and a standard VPN are two distinct applications with different functionalities.
The purpose of a browser extension VPN is solely to alter your IP address while you are browsing the internet.
On the other hand, a regular VPN, which requires installation on your PC, serves the purpose of hiding the IP address of any application installed on your computer that connects to the internet. This is precisely the purpose of our VPN.
Thus, we believe your review is unjust, as it appears to assess our app not based on how effectively it serves its intended purpose, but rather on how well it aligns with your personal needs.
The purpose of our browser extension is to act as a remote control, which allows you to turn BrightVPN ON and OFF while being away from your computer.
It is worth noting that approximately 95% of VPNs do offer a Windows version. However, at this moment, we do not yet have a browser version available.- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Zaycheg, hace 3 años

publicado el hace 3 añosWe appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify some points regarding its functionality.
The BrightVPN extension is designed to allow users to remotely turn the VPN ON/OFF on their computer, it does not substitute the need to install the VPN client software.
We understand that there may have been some confusion regarding the extension's purpose, but we encourage you to use and rate the extension based on its intended functionality.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our inability to provide service in Iran. Unfortunately, specific country laws and restrictions prevent us from offering our services in certain regions. We are constantly reviewing our policies and regulations, and we hope that in the future we will be able to expand our services to more countries.- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 17806413, hace 3 añosDoes not work.
