by TimT, hace un añoOnce again, an update makes this even worse. Conflicts with the standalone app, but at least the standalone USED to use Windows Hello as login option. No longer. Why they insist on fannying around and launching untested updates that make the user experience worse defeats me.

Update: the app now prevents log-in because it flags ITSELF as a phishing threat.
That's it. Had enough and switching to Norton. At least their products, y'know, "actually work"

It seems there might have been some confusion with the app versions. Our standalone extension does support Windows Hello as a login option, and it operates independently from the desktop app. If you’re encountering issues with this feature or if it’s not appearing as an option, we’d like to look into this.
Regarding the app flagging itself as a phishing threat, this sounds quite unusual, and we take such reports seriously. Could you provide more details about what you were doing when this happened?

Admittedly, I'm new to password managers, and with the exception of Ipass all the others have been additions to internet security packages, and I have found them lacking, with intermittent failings, but Nordpass has never failed me over the last 18 months. It works on my linux pc's just as well as Windows, and even has a non web browser (stand alone) version for networking logins. The email masking feature is a really useful feature meaning I dont have to share my email address with everyone and helps to stop spam.
