Even when I have a saved password, it doesn't autofill my details, nor give me the NordPass drop downs.
Also if I right click on the ID/ Password boxes, it only gives me the option to "manage passwords", but not "use saved password."
Sometimes, if I keep trying to log in, NordPass suddenly wakes up and says "Oh, you've got saved details for this site, would you like to log in?"
This is very frustrating, because there seems to be no reason for it.Respuesta del desarrollador

Our team is available 24/7 at support.nordpass.com. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 12575218, hace 8 díasIf the 'Allow NordPass to process user interaction data and error logs (optional)' permission is disabled, Nordpass will open a new 'Your privacy settings' tab where you have to click 'Accept' before letting you use the add-on. EVERY TIME THE BROWSER IS OPENED.
If the permission is enabled, the extension logs in by itself.
This behavior for a so-called 'optional' setting is ridiculous. This has been going on for weeks and if it doesn't stop I'm going to change password managers and then they will stop getting ANY of my data. It feels like I'm being shaken down by a service I'm paying for.Respuesta del desarrollador

Today I misclicked "Disagree and uninstall" and there's no confirmation. I just had to go through the login/setup process again...

It does not provide my password to login to websites. It previously worked well. There is now, no autofill function with Nordpass. I do NOT wish to change to a different browser and will not renew if not fixed quickly.

Used to work fairly well. They changed their windows app, and firefox app months ago, and its slowly degraded to never autofilling on firefox ever, across multiple computers and installs. It defeats the purpose of having a password manager, let alone paying for one that literally is just a notepad now. Even if they fix it, they have no qualms about breaking their software for months after you've paid. They probably just get 40% of their money from apple users, and 40% from chrome users and say screw the other 20%, we got their money, probably only 30% of those will be bothered to cancel. so we'll just increase prices 5% and screw firefox users.Respuesta del desarrollador

Almost every time I have to open the Desktop app, copy the password, and paste it. Or if it is a new password, open the desktop app, copy the details, and save the new password. That’s almost useless as an extension. I have better ways to store personal data than to pay a useless app to work as a locked text file.

Honestly what is the point of a password extension that logs itself out every day (on a private computer - I know because I check the box that this is a private computer), then asks you for not one, but two 12 character + symbol + number passwords to log back in simply to then ask you to confirm your password for the dozens of sites it claims to store for you? EVERY DAY.
You would think the password saver would be good as saving its own password(s).
