por Usuario de Firefox 18481257, hace 2 añosIn general I like Nord's products and I do use NordPass on other devices but I have to say that they really dropped the ball on this extension and their customer support.
I wrote them to inquire if it would be possible to add biometrics for Firefox. There is currently no support and I consider this a security hazard. They replied there is support and to look well in the settings. After 11 emails where I send them data, screenshots etc....they finally say 'We are sorry but there is currently no support for biometrics in Firefox'. This is a joke.
Use other password management tools, NordPass has no intention of making this one reliable or grow.
EDIT AFTER DEVELOPER RESPONSE (SEE BELOW):
If as they say, bio-metrics in Firefox is treated as a security hazard, this should have been the first response I get from their team. Opposed to no response after 11 emails and finally a relevant and informed response on a Firefox review months later.

publicado el hace un añoHello, I am Dominik and I am responsible for product at NordPass. Situation is exactly opposite, because for now availability of biometrics on Firefox on MacOS is treated as security hazard. That's why we don't support Firefox MacOS with our authenticator (two-factor codes) in the browser extension. We do support though Firefox on Windows, as well as other browsers like Chrome and sister chromium-based browsers.
We don't know yet when we're going to unlock biometrics on Firefox MacOS back, but probably not sooner than in 2025. Let me know if that answers your concerns.

It keeps refreshing them and I cannot choose any other option in dropdowns on any website.

It has never let me down, never failed and has constantly evolved. You coders at NordVPN have developed a great piece of software - all thumbs up! I use it under Linux and it flawlessly integrates with KDE Plasma under both X11 and Wayland. The same is true for Android. You have been and will be my life saver in terms of storing confidential information. Don't you dare to ever go out of business or let you bully into deviation from your privacy principles ;-) :-)

They should only make the little logo in every username and pw box hovering over, or some solution because sometimes if the box is too small, the NordPass logo blocks the username so you can not read it...Respuesta del desarrollador
