This looks promising!

My suggestions would be :
1) add an option to pin the left table of content column to be always visible instead of having to open it each time on each new entry

2) Easier access to the change language option. It's now 2 mouse clicks plus scroll to change languages, a huge frustrations to multilanguage users who are ALWAYS browsing wiki in different languages. I don't have exact idea of how to implement this though (the traditional UI of wiki isn't that ideal either). Perhaps you can have some reference on how wikiwand handle this.
