Thanks for sharing your experience with the filter! I am looking into ways to try and add a "mute early" feature, but unfortunately right now the filter is just tied to when the captions appear/get removed from the page, which means it isn't aware of upcoming captions before they come. I'll continue trying to find a good way to do that though, because it would be a nice feature for sure. Thanks for the suggestion, and hopefully sooner than later we can get it added.
