Everything one expects from Barclays when it comes to technology .....

Every time I come to use my PIN pad I have to re-install the software several times. The software is rubbish

Constantly needs downloading as it fails. Not good at all

Doesn't work. No add on button appears, just a remove one.

As with every install of Gemalto since day one, does not work first time, suppose i'll have to work it out yet again!!!

Download of new software didn't work - repeated download failure message with no explanation. Barclays helpdesk didn't know why the download had failed
