Been using for 10+ years. Gets the job done, but critical functionality settings are scattered about and confusing. Lacks user defined website subject/type categories with subcategories - it's just one big list of sites. Personally, I would like to have the date of log-in/password creation. This would help to sort on date criteria when reviewing older log-ins to possibly delete. Needs the ability to 'hide' infrequently used log-ins, those you rarely use but don't wish to delete.

I have been having problems with the import feature. I imported my passwords from a previous PW Keeper software but the import and sync has been troublesome. Often the import truncates the website and only provides me with the "login" and a numerical number which only confuses the attempt to login to websites.

Keep getting messages that it is Roboform that is slowing down Firefox. Wish this could be fixed as realy like Roboform!

This is not a bad product however it doesnt seem to work well with Firefox on Mac OS. After having the correct settings, the auto-logout feature just stops working - keeping you logged into Roboform continuously. Obviously this is a massive security issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this about 6 times now over 1.5 years. Support just gives you very basic and unhelpful answers. I've had enough and moving to Bitwarden.
